Shipping & Returns
Returns, Damages & Cancellations Policy
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving your order via email (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). I mainly use Royal Mail or Parcelforce who usually deliver the next day, although it can take between 1-3 days. Delivery times from the date that the package is dispatched. I will occasionally use other reputable couriers when appropriate.
Beeswax food wraps will be sent to UK addresses via 1st Class but *not* signed for. You can have a signed for service for an extra £1.50 per parcel.
Lampshades will be sent to UK addresses via 1st Class signed for, Parcelforce, or another reputable courier. If you are ordering more than one item they can be posted together. Any reduction in shipping costs will be refunded after packing the parcel.
If you are located outside the UK then please email me for a quote.
If you are based outside the UK you will be liable for any local taxes or charges associated with importing to your country.
In the unlikely event of a delay to shipping due to illness, you will be offered a refund should you no longer want to receive the item. If there is going to be a delay to shipping due to holiday, this will be clearly stated in the listing at the time that you order.
Recycled packing materials are used where possible. This does mean the packaging is not the prettiest!
Lampshades are wrapped in cellophane. This is biodegradable within a month in some conditions, but not compostable. If you would like me to remove this before sending I can, but you take responsibility for any marks on the fabric. Equally you can send it back to me and I will reuse it. Please email me if you have a preference.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return any items bought from this website. Returns or refunds cannot be made on any bespoke items.
Returns must be requested by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Payment will be sent only when the goods have been received by me in perfect condition. Refunds will be via PayPal and subject to PayPal’s processes and conditions.
All return postage must be paid for by the customer and sent via a tracked delivery method. Every care must be made to package the goods carefully in the original packaging. If goods are damaged when I receive them a refund will not be given. Equally, if the item is sent via a non-tracked delivery method and is lost in the post a refund will not be given.
I aim to show the colours of the fabric as accurately as possible but due to varying computer settings the colours may differ on your computer screen. If you require colour matching, email me to ask for a sample of the fabric before making an online purchase.
I take every care to package your items securely, however in the unfortunate event of your goods arriving damaged, please send photographs of the damage and packaging by email for a full refund. Requests for a refund due to damages must be made within 5 working days.
I cannot accept requests for a refund due to damages that were made after delivery unless there is a design flaw. You will need to provide proof of the flaw in your photographs before I can agree to a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order of a purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. If your parcel has already been sent please see my returns policy as you will be liable for the cost of return postage.
If you wish to cancel a bespoke or custom order, please contact me as soon as possible. If I have already purchased materials to do the job or started work on your order I cannot offer a full refund.
I reserve the right to cancel purchases and orders for any reason prior to dispatch. If your order is cancelled you will be refunded in full.
